Memphis Motor sports park closed a few weeks ago. I'am trying to get 3 doctors to buy it. We have a former NHRA div 2 person lined up to run it. The problem is, the round track. It is asphalt. NOBODY arround here runs that type of car. Everybody is some type of dirt car. WoW, limited sprint hobby stock ect. anybody want to buy a round track track.

We would KILL to have even anything remotely related to that on Long Island. All we have is a nice 5000 ft abandoned miltary runway and complex where they built F14's for years. When the town put the property out for bid, (after the Navy gave it to them for $0), the Racetrack group came in #2 in the bidding and the winner was an Indoor Ski slope company from Europe (I am not kidding). We once had 3 seperate, and somewhat famous, Dragstrips and the very famous Bridgehampton Road course, ALL GONE, very sad.

I was down there this past summer and for 25 bucks you could get at least 15 runs in without a problem.Great thing was they sell race fuel at the track also.
