His point is they were stolen from the dealership when new.

Didn't the stolen cars mysteriously get "titled" in Canada recently?Suspicious after the first of the repop VIN tags started showing up.I would make sure I knew that all concerned parties were pushing daisies before I would try a stunt like that.
