To be honest, I'd rather have a set of 1.94 186's vs the 2.02 valve version. This way I have fresh seat material, and am willing to pay for the extra machine costs for screw-in studs and unshrouding the intake valve.
The block needs to have a good date and good condition, Sept '69 is not too bad, but a bit early for a '70 Z / Deuce application. If it has a CTB/CTC suffix on the pad it will add value, but again, that's a pretty early date to have a Z suffix.

Depending on the suffix on the pad, the block and heads would also be correct for a '70 350/350 Corvete.
