Al, I hate to tell you this, but it could be normal (straight cut planetaries), or it could be any number of other things (line pressure problem, bad pump, bad turbine in converter, etc.)...was it a new converter? The smart move is to get it gone through now, versus later...it really could be any number of things, so anyone that says it's this or that is simply guessing...a trans guy might be able to narrow it down by driving it, but if it's not the guy that originally built it, he's shooting in the dark.

As for converters, my first choice would be Yank, as I love mine, but I'm itching to try one from Neal Chance as they have their pieces in the fastest cars in the country.

Thats kinda what I figured. I have another core and will have it done and Ill change everything when I change the motor in the spring//Yank ..cool name
