Re: Eight Years Ago Today......
Just got off the phone with a young E-5 from Ft. Drum, NY...he was wounded in Afghanistan. He is currently in a rehabilitation battalion attached to the 10th Mt. Division. He is one of the guys going into the woods next week with me...there are 3 from Ft. Drum and one from NYC.
We talked a little about his combat expereinces...these guys are something else...real heros. They are all excited about the trip...he said he won't sleep between now and Thursday. wilma
