Thats what happened back then. My buddy wrecked his orbit orange 70 Judge RAIV back in the day too. Youth = stupidity.

When I was 16 I had a 69 Chevelle SS probably in excess of 400HP, bias ply tires, two lane rainslicked roads, never once used the seat belts, no fear and little common sense. I always speculate that the only reason I didn't kill myself in that car was the lack of gas money and the fact that I blew it up doing burnouts during the homecoming parade when I was a senior. Lucky I didn't end up wrapping it around a tree, it was always tricky to pass without breaking loose on those wet roads.
