25K went to the family who bought the car from him back in 1983 because they aided in finding the current owner who had it in his garage.I heard earlier they were looking for a 72 camaro,so that mistake threw a few curve balls into the hunt,when in fact it's a 71.
All told,$275K paid,and a ton of widespread free advertising. Good for him. ![]() |
