Welcome to the site. There isn't any way of knowing how many 69 Chevelle SS396 Post Sedans there were with the MC1 HD 3-speed, but it wasn't real common. Total cars with that option was 15,748. That inclued all 69 Chevelle body styles. Like Pete said, there are a few others here that are Postaholics. I myself have been bit by the bug to own as many as possible. Definitely show us some pics of yours. Here's a pic of one I just bought last year.

Lance, welcome to the site.
There are a lot of people here with a lot of knowledge. Don't be afraid to ask any question. I will guarantee someone here will know the answer. I just purchased this one from Dan Vasic (postsedan) from this website in January. He is very knowledgable on these cars. I'm sure he will have no problem answering questions about your car..he's not your typical Bear fan!  I'm sure I speak for a lot of Post Sedan guys that we would like to see you post some pictures of your car along with the trim tag. Kurt

Hi Lance,
Glad to see in the picture that you had the good sense to use jack stands under the car and not just up on the bumper jack! Really neat that your dad bought it new and you have it now....that's priceless. Hope you are getting a lot of enjoyment out of it.
