Hot Rod did a story on him many years ago and there was a 1st gen Nova in one of the pix.

I believe that he started racing on the East Coast before he had moved to Indiana. Check with Sam he knew all the racers from back in the day.

John Dianna wrote an article in Hot Rod Magazine called "Triple Treat" about Lingenfelters Chevy II. I can´t see issue or year on my copies.

I know that he raced an International Scout at the US Nationals one year.

I will have to look around. In 75 he had his vette in SS. I keep seeing Ricky Klarr's SuperStock nova 1965??? in my mind and think John had one like it. Had a 69 rag top camaro before the vette.
