B179 casting date translates to February 17th,1969. T0222JH running engine assembled date translates to Tonawanda,February 22nd of 1969 Nova L-78 motor. Those two jive. |

I CHECKED ON THE TOP OF THE TRANSMISSION AND THE VIN IS STAMPED THERE ON THE PASSANGER SIDE IS THAT A COMMON PLACE ON THE NOVA,S I KNOW ON THE LA BUILT CAMAROS THAT IS WHERE THEY ARE STAMPED
