What kind of pump are you talking about?
They are very broad in price,depending on Mfr. & brand.
Based on your ebay reference of location & that price,are you speaking about those Wayne Sunoco pumps that just ended?
Ohio just finished hosting their world renowned Oil & Gas show a few weeks ago.
You might want to come to Iowa Gas on Aug. 5-6-7.It's held in DesMoines and is one of the premier Gas & Oil shows in the country.
