Being a Cubs fan hurts, its like losing your dog..... I`ve been a loyal true hearted fan since a youngster. My Dad took me to my first game in 1973. I`ve been to as many as 10 opening day games. So many disappointment....but what can I say? I love them. Our day will come!

Being a Military brat I never had a home team. So I picked mine. I have been following Boston since I can remember.
Anyway, I feel for you Dan, my whole childhood and adult life ended in another crappy Oct. Until 2004. Hang in there. Oh yeah...Steinbrenner and the likes of Boras.......ah forget it.
