Zach, that's a fantastic car, even pre-resto. Where were you able to find it? Those '69s are really hard to find.

Is that the correct color (pre-resto)?

We bought the car the first time out of Tonawanda, NY in 1994. It was a race car back in the day and called "Bisquick". It was raced at Lancaster. We sold the car when I went to college and lost track of it. We found it a few years back down the street from us in the same condition we sold it in. In fact my name was still on the title and insurance cards in the glove box.

You may have seen the car then. It stayed in that area it's whole life. We bought it from a technician that worked at Paul Batt Buick. K/S Auto worked on the car in the 90's.

There's a good chance I did. Didn't Laks branch out into a bunch of different brands, such as Acura, etc? If so, perhaps you could contact them to see if they have any memorabilia lying around from the old days....

I asked around today and i found out that the our owners father and brother owned the chevy dealer and i will ask him if there is anything they might have.
Do you happen to know the name of the tech from Paul Batt as i also worked there many years ago.

Jim69Z,

Thanks for looking into this for me, I really appreciate it. I would give my eye teeth if they still had records somewhere.

John Schaefer was the tech at Paul Batt that I bought it from. He is still around NY somewhere. I think he works night shift at another dealer since Paul Batt closed. I've talked to him once breifly since we got the car back.
