Well an amazing update to report .... the two 61 vettes are alive and well ! The RPO 353 is in Florida and believe it or not the RPO 354 is located 25 miles from me .... just insane. I have gathered a bunch of cool day one photos along with some more paperwork and the original owner’s manuals. I think there are a few happy vette owners tonight

The location of these cars were from an anonymous source so please don't ask how they were located - thanks in advance!

Bill - My family is still friends with some of the guys from Porter back in the day so I'll ask and see if they remember anything on the car - you never know

Bruce - The local 61 owner says the car is perfect - can't wait to see it. I have a great picture of my mom in that car day 1 when I meet the owner to get him the paperwork I'm taking my mom and will take a picture of her in it 48 years later should be cool. I have left a message for the owner in Florida but haven't made contact yet but plan on trying again this weekend. I'll post some of the pictures this weekend -

Started to put together a package for the owner of the local car (although I'm going to try and buy it back first ) I have the owners manual, option literature, day 1 pics and of course all the dealership paperwork. Here are some photos .... The cool thing is that we kept the lic#72641 in the family all these years. Have it on one of my cars
