Thanks Mark - not sure how that tool is used. Can you explain? [/ QUOTE ] You stick that pointed end in the back of the wiper arm then lift up the spring to loosen it so you can remove the arm. A screw driver will do the same but since they made a tool I bought it and it works well. Mark
