That color combo is quite rare, how ever some stuff seems to have been changed on it. Rear spoiler should be yellow, might have been added later. Hockeystripe is not like it should be, to wide.

It looks alright as a project to start on.

I would smooth out the rough spots and give it a good cleanup..only fix what you ahve to and drive it. You can always do the frame-off thing down the road. Life is short..drive 'em now!!!

I agree with Wilma - looks like it is all there and would make a great driver as is.

Me too...and perhaps the side stripes can be Easy-Off'ed or otherwise removed?.

answers to a few ??? that have been asked:
original cowl hood insulation, no bubbling in the top, for a concourse restoration i would replace, but anything other than that i would only patch or re-skin, runs good!, 3:73 gear ratio, trunk is nice w/ very minimal rust... passenger floor (at floor not toe pan) needs small patch, door panels are truly MINT!!! headliner is in great shape...

[/ QUOTE ]I am amazed that Wilma thought of that all on his own! It won't take much to tune-up, clean-up and maybe freshen-up some body panels and interior. Do that and then have fun and drive it! I agree with Tom and the rest of the guys! You don't always need money to have fun!

Thanks Scott!
The POP has to be mirrored to see it correctly. See below.

It has/had a 3.55 axle in it. Are you sure it's an M21 trans, not an M20?

This is one of the first 714 interior cars made.

And I've never heard of the DY 714 COPO that was mentioned above. Anyone familiar with it?
