The rules say that you have to register so that computer savy people don't set up an electronic voting program that votes over and over again. They are just trying to make it fair. You can only vote 1 time per car per round. Thanks alot guys!!!!!!!!! HOT DOGS AND BEER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
