Doug,
Wow the car looks great! Can't wait to see it in person. An X11 Copo in black with M22, not too bad! When we first talked about the car we knew it had to be a Copo from Maxton since the other known one owner Maxton Copo was one body number away. When I told you I bet you would find the complete history on the car I had no idea you would find 4 Maxtom Copo Camaro original owners and their histories! Great work and find me a black Copo would ya!

Doug ... the car looks incredible !

I would also like to note that while Doug has been focused on this restoration , business, family etc.... he has still found the time to share information with me and help me with the restoration of my car . From the looks of this stunning black COPO I think the information is probably pretty good

Get in line after me, I want the bumble bee car. Doug has done his homework with these cars and beat down all the bushes in the Columbus area. How many X11 BB were made???

Doug traced all the owner history with statements from all parties right back to owner ONE, who informed him of the red pin stripes and WW tires. On guy even installed SS emblems on the car at age 18. The first Yenko I ever bought had Z/28 stripes and a Z/28 emblem on the tail panel with the Yenko and 427 holes filled in with putty. The owner HAD the Z/28 emblem for the front fender in the trunk to add to the car, but never got around to it. You need to remember that back in the day, a COPO or even a Yenko were not sought after cars. Guys identify with Z's and SS Camaros so many car received this "upgrade"...BKH
