I've only run accross one of them down here near Philly. I pulled this one off a 1970's Monte Carlo for a point of reference. I think this one here found its way into Joe Barr collection.
 Are the 1969's the same?

I believe the 69 ones are the ones that read "Hi-Performance by Scuncio", unless they only used those on actual Hi-Po cars(?)
