I've always used Meguiars #40 vinyl cleaner & conditioner. First time with a scrub brush to really get it clean. Works and looks great!

I also recomend 303. I bought a SeaRay Boat a few years ago and the factory recomended this on the seats due to the enviroment involved. I am very pleased with 303.
