15,000 surcharge on 2010camaro ss

I had posted about a V6 Camaro by me being listed at $7500 over sticker and the dealer telling me that it was a steal since some dealers were being told to ask $12k or more over sticker.This isnt a surcharge or anything,this is GM telling dealers that they arent going to be getting many of these cars right now so make sure that if they sell them they get as much money as possible.

It makes me kind of mad since they are crying broke,and putting out a car that could be selling like crazy,but instead are turning away customers by telling dealers to ask for more money.It kind of makes me want to go there with 20 grand and put it on the counter and say "I'll tke that red V8 camaro over there,heres 20 grand and you can just forget about paying back my my little portion of that bailout I just gave you"
