The SS Camaro is already being recalled for Battery Cable issues. Not trying to put a wet blnket on it but perhaps their rushing them out the door

[/ QUOTE ]

Yeah, but that's normal with any new model from any manufacturer. It always takes at least a year to work out the kinks.

I don't think he's saying anything, as back-orders further drive his point home.

Unfortunately, he's right on just about all counts...

Sorry, but I think you're wrong, and he's an idiot/d-b.

The retro 'stang, Challenger and Camaro are the only bright spots in the market today except for maybe the G8.

Correct. An absolute Idiot. He had his 15 minutes here already.

Actually went and saw one in person today; a black w/tan SS.

MUCH better in person than in pics, that's for sure.

Rushing? The workers went back the first week of November. This is May. By January 1, they should have been up to speed as any other normal model changeover would have been. Just lately, a friend told me that St. Therese had some agreement with GM that if the Camaro went back into production again within a certain number of years, it had to be built there. Apparently January 1 was the expiry date. Just a story. I don't know if it's true.
