Eli, I would be leary on this one... Even with the trim tag...Nowadays "matching numbers" could mean anything, or so I'm told.. Not to long ago a judge ruled that "matching numbers" is just verbage even if it is a re-stamp the numbers do match.. However, if you phrase it as "VIN MATCHING NUMBERS" then you will be in some hot water if the buyer finds otherwise.. This was from a lawsuit case. Just food for thought...

Should there not be a (1) stamped to start the VIN. A (1) designates Chevrolet Division I believe. Another car with the trim tag removed?

Ask for a pic of numbers on the trans, car almost looks like a rebody
the hardware for the engine frame mounts looks odd I would like to see if there is a part number on them, also on the tranny cross member, I would definetly due diligence on this one and some pics before restoration would be just dandy
