Great find. Looks like an old Almquist Catalog.

I have a few of the GM PartSmart pieces, but nothing to compare to what you found. Cool stuff.

Without digging up one, I recall them being a GM publication sent to dealers and owners updating them on parts availability, maintenance tips, accessories, etc. Mostly a 4 to 8 page magazine type that came out quarterly I think.

That is most definately a Almquist Catalog good eye!!!!! Yes partsmart are from Gm showing new cars, parts, accessories, tech sections etc...... I collect vintage gm accessories. I collect vintage gm accessories here are some of the kinds of things advertised in partsmart from your Genuine GM parts department.
