That is my pop's car and it has looked that way since I can remember. I was born in 1975 and have got a pretty good memory
Car was bought off Bash Speed Shop about 1970/71. It had a big block in in with Bash and had a fairly successful east coast career. He got the car with the engine and trans removed as well as most of the speed parts. It has the original 12 bolt in it though, original vinyl top and is a non SS car. A 1971 LT1 small block was installed and he painted the car about the same time. It's a real sleeper, but the rest of the details should be in another thread. Correct me if I am wrong on anything. |
