Nice.

We used floor joyces so that we did not need to fir down for pipes and or hvac. Would suggest doing that if you are not sure about it.

when you do the garage put the tubing in the concreat for radiant heat, I just built a new house with a 40x 50 garage, its great heat and you don't have to keep the temp real high.

Too late for me but Idaho is not as cold as other parts. I will have a big HVAC system in the detached though.
