Pair of Weld WheelsW/tires

Have a extra set of front rims. Weld wheel lites??..15X7 w new BFG 235 70 15 tires..rims are new as well..been on a project car for more years than I can remember. 350 plus the ride..cente cap included but no lugs..thanks
