1972 Yenko Vega Wagon

Up for sale is my "Prized", only 1 known to exist 1972 Yenko Vega Wagon. The car is a four (4) speed 4 barrel rotisserie restored car. The car had it's one and only debut at Chevy Vettefest in November 2006. The car has never been driven except on and off the trailer and has been maintained in a climate controlled environment since completion. The car's engine is built to maximum specs for a 4 cylinder and has an original "Yenko" head furnished by Brian Henderson. The car has a header pipe to allow this monster to breathe. The car has chambered exhaust and sounds like a "Bumblebee" on steroids. The car has 3:31 geared rearend and "Yenko" installed traction bars to help this monster hook up. I am pricing the car with or without a "Brand New" Schwitzer turbocharger with all of the necessary hardware to install. How do you price a car that has no comps, fairly. I am selling the car for $110,000 without the turbo and $115,000 with the Turbo not installed. I am pricing this car to sell and will accept any "Reasonable" offer to purchase.
