Thanks Andy. This is just another example of free mkt. economics. The product needs to retail for under $100. It will cost me close to $50 to have it built here in the US. That means retail will have to be $150-$200.
The consensus of focus groups, friends and sellers is that this product will be a hot seller at $99 and will be relegated to a boutique item at a higher price. My hope was that this product would have a Made in America tag on it. Should I ignore what the mkt. says and risk losing millions of dollars in sales? Would you? We tax our American businesses at the second highest rate in the world. The policies of this new administration are going to make doing business in the US virtually impossible. |

No offense Ray but IMHO I don't think the home of the American Musclecar is the place to post a thread like this. I'd like to come to this site to see discussions about cars and I figure so do many others. Just seems wrong on so many levels.
![]() Again, not trying to be disrespectful.

Wow, it's just hard to beleive that with all the jobs being lost to the Chineese that someone here in the US isn't willing to take on this job. Makes me shake my head. (Mods...If my post is considered "political", feel free to junk it.)
