That '65 SS Nova wagon is Greg Luneak's car. I knew him from many years ago. That car has won multiple national events since he's bought it. Greg is a top flight engine builder.

Yep Bruce that was me, had a blast and got paid for it. We were parked on Bonderant's helipad and spent most of the day near the finish line with the EMS and Fire crews, a great bunch of guys and gals. We were given restricted area badges, our own golf cart and could go almost anywhere, having a hot nurse with us also opened a lot of doors
. One highlight was a tour by Chad Head the Alan Johnson Racing Diector of racing operations of the Al-Anabi team trailers and work area. The most impressive area was the starting line when the Top Fuelers launched, talk about making like a dot. Hard to describe unless you go to hear, feel, smell and see it. It was an awesome experience and fortunately our services weren't needed. I know next year I will be begging my boss to do it again. Sometimes I love my job!!

Very cool Dave...You made three circles right over our head...LOL
There's nothing like the ground shaking as the nitro cars go down the strip. It's a completely different experience at the starting line than at the finish line... ![]()
