No matter what, it's still a F@rD. I had three of those early Rustangs and each floor was weaker than the one before it. Do not try to stand up in those cars!! The last one I got from a little old lady never had been sat in by anyone but the driver. I soon found out the only thing holding in the floor on the pass side was the carpet. When it broke through in the frozen slushing winter I only had a sleeping bag in the trunk to cover the hole. I sold the car shortly after that with the sleeping bag frozen over the hole. I can't believe that guy was pissed at me when it thawed out, what an ass!!
