The only real survivor around here is ME....never been re-finished...not even a touchup

This car lasted 40 years and it will now go another 40 with some fresh paint and detailing. This will be a great grocery getter or platfrom for a V8 clone...I may just drive it this summer to save on gas

You where on that survivor show---I thought that was you. I found your picture

Now that I a Numbers Guy.....I can get involved....LOL....Here a shot of the rear seat pan in my Gold 70.......No overspray like the green car, just Primer and glue.......Just for future reference........when I bought the new Headliner for the car, I just threw it on the floor in the seat riser area......when the Interior guy came over to Install it, the Red adhesive you see in the pic melted thru the Plastic bag "And" the new Headliner......Just a warning.....that stuff is "Potent"

This is the back seat area of my 19,000 mile 68 Nova. I had to take half the car apart to get the rear driver side window back up.... My 5 yr old Nephew decided he wanted some air.... Don't roll down the quarter windows on Novas, no good can come from it.... I didn't lift the padding much to peek under but probably should have... The little white fuzzy stuff is compliments of Mr. mouse...

Spent a full Saturday working on my little 6 cylinder car...we made lots of progress on getting her cleaned up. Found lots of neat original markings and details...took a few before and after photos.

You can see by those photos the 40 years of gease and grime that was there...we sprayed the bottom with de-greser and then used a pressure washer hooked to hot water. It really helped to get things cleaned up.I bought one of those throw away painters suits...things get a little messy when the grease and water start flying

Noticed this inspection paint and date stamp on the driver's side front frame...orange paint with a 4-08-69 date stamped upside down.
