You can also try www.rivetsinstock.com That's the website for jay-cee sales and rivet co. They have just about any rivet you can think of and also stock the tubular set tool shown.

These guys have the rivet sets too. http://www.hansonrivet.com/w83.htm There made for a rivet squeezer, but for a one time application you might insert the die into a piece of round stock and lightly form the shop head by hand with a hammer.
