This car has had many owners over the years. Unfortunately, one of them (a few years ago) did not have the sense that God gave a goose, and thought it would be a great idea to start a frame-off restoration

Upon the realization that it was more work than he really planned, it was put on eBay, partially done, as a "you-finish-it" project.
