I have no idea why you would restore a car with 4881 miles on it, I think it would be worth much more unrestored.

I have no idea why it was restored.. I guess when of the previous owners had a crazy idea??
Everyone that has seen the this before stated how it should have been left alone and not restored.

Unfortunately, one of them (a few years ago) did not have the sense that God gave a goose, and thought it would be a great idea to start a frame-off restoration  Upon the realization that it was more work than he really planned, it was put on eBay, partially done, as a "you-finish-it" project.
