There are bunches of Camaros running around with tall blocks...you gotta figure, we're talking about *at most* a difference from 9.8" to 10.2", so less than a 1/2 inch. If it's like Red Alert, there's a *bit* of wiggle room when using the factory cowl induction setup, but it's doable...most of the time, the problem lies in the exhaust routing becaue of the more up & wider positioning of the heads (like Cumby said)...but again, it's been done, & done, & done...pretty cheap/easy way to get a favorable rod/stroke ratio.
