I had a pair of those a few years ago but the stripes on mine were red,white and blue.

They followed the dual stripe tires during the "78 series" era and didn't last very long. Usually denoted a so-called 'ultra-premium' tire. Kelly Springfield built quiet a few of them in their private brand tires such as the Multi-Mile Riviera.
