Could you get us a dyno graph. I am curious to see what the curve looks like. Awesome!

Thanks Tony....that is my version of a GM "exploded" view pic of my motor....I think I saw an original GM pic similar somewhere. Thats where I got the idea...My "now" ex-wife was not too thrilled when she came home to see all this "junk" in her living room....(part of the reason she is now the "ex-wife")...hehehe...she never did appreciate my cars and parts....I still remember her being p.o.'d when I cash-advanced my credit card for the 1500 bucks to buy the motor at Carlisle swap meet that year....that was a ton of money for me back then...the divorce was rather painful...$$$$$...but, Thank God that she could care less about all my junk cars and parts at the time...I managed to keep all my "junk" !!!!!!

max

p.s....still have not recieved the actual dyno sheet from Jerry M.....if he does not post it, I will....I've extended my stay in Colombia for another week, but I assume it is probably in my mailbox back home...

Max,

I'll post your dyno sheet when I have a minute to take some photos of them and upload to this site. Think it peaked out about 6200 rpm. I have to remember it's not a 302 so we didn't take it to 8100 rpm.

Jerry

Whoa!!!!!! Does this mean I shouldn't be spinning my 427 BB that high?

Just kidding! Glad to see you here Jerry. I'm sure most will appreciate your input.

Was that 540 horse with dyno headers or the original exhaust manifolds?
