Different car...an uncle of mine bought one very similar with the HP option brand new from Koster-Swope Buick in Louisville and hardly ever drove it. Didn't remember his having the fender skirts.

I think that tranny is a 2 speed version of the TH400. It's not a Glide, but it's not a 400 either.

The Super Turbine was available 2 speed and 3 speed....the torque converter had a variable pitch stator. These were really cool units in their day..here is a link to some details.
