Yes the dill cap is still stuck to the subframe.

Yes there is still undercoating under the nose of the car and no Chuck I will not remove it.

I think there are enough points of comparison that we can get a match to some UAW member from the early 1970's. Of course, that is in the completely unlikely event that he had a criminal record.

I expect with all that undercoating you will never see the date stamp on the subframe..
