I say start it, I think it would be a shame not to at least start up the old girl every now and then. Of course great care would need to be taken getting ready to fire again, but that goes without saying. It does seem this car couldn't be in better hands for the task!

I don't see any drum retaining spring type clips. Were they not in use at that time? I used to rip them off with side cutters and toss them. Great pics Charlie! Keep them coming.
