What is the gold fleece T handle? I have a brass T handle I picked up at a swapmeet that I thought was homemade. It is VERY heavy and serves as my keg tap handle at the moment.

Try the last number I gave you, Bob.

geeeez, just noticed which post # this is for me. You'd think I could've saved it for something more appropriate...

The Gold fleece T handle is a fuzzy surface actually it's called flocking, Hurst also made them in black.
I just bought an NOS gold one on ebay a few days ago.(Nostalgia)
I used to put these on all my cars back in the 70's and early 80's.
Until I got ANAL on factory correct restorations.

Verne, I'm kinda honored to have your 409th post on this thread. Seen your photo this month in the new BowTie magazine with your gold '63. Congrats on the award. Here's one for you. I was at the midnight madness drags here in St. Louis and there happens to be a '62 Bel Air 409 Sport Coupe there with rusty tow bar tabs, ancient giant traction bars underneath and very old faded-out U.S. Nationals decals on the front vent windows. The car was faded out Honduras Maroon and did it sure look out of place among all the newer cars there that night. Somebody had a great find. I went out and bought a camera phone the next day because I'm sick of not being able to take photos when I run into stuff like this.
