I guess it depends on the design of the reverse lever. I have a Hurst Competition Plus unit, and I had to drill a .125" hole in the reverse arm for the switch rod to connect--not easy to do considering the shift arm is hardened.

Let me know on the Holley #'s.

I wound up heavily modifying the aftermarket repop z-bar that came with my clutch linkage kit. Works like a charm now.
