According the book "Chevrolet by the Numbers" by Alan Colvin, if you have a wheel stamped with a "AD" or "YH" next to the valve stem hole, either one could have been used on 1969 Camaro Z-28's, depending on the car build date.

The AD wheel was used early in the model year. It did not have provisions for the four wheel disk brake option. According to Kelsey-Hayes documentation, the YH wheel was not released until 2/20/69. This has not been verified from original cars.

Both wheel codes have the same 0.30" offset. Since I don't have either of those wheels to measure, I thought this might help you out.
