Eric...Maybe try the local sheriff's dept or the state police....if you know who the town fathers are..try reaching out to the mayor's office, town council, alderman, etc...local newspapers might also be helpful...this is a perfect example of what our society has come to...common decency and respect for others is not "politically correct"...dirt bags have all the rights...these guys are probably related to the guys I mentioned in the Muscle-Palooza thread....water seeks it's own level..and in this case it's in the gutter
