We had a home under construction across the street from us and there are little kids that live in the area. They were using the woods behind the house for relieving themselves. A call to the builder resulted in a porta-poty being delivered to the sight. That caused it's own set of troubles. When the builder didn't pay for the fee on the unit, they stopped cleaning it. Of course, it stunk to high heaven. Bottom line is that the builder must provide some type of facilities and I believe it's a law.

Have your wife point him out then watch what car/truck he goes to and piss on it tomorrow. At least thats what I would do if it bugged me. The law probably wont do anything about it so you'll have to fend for yourself

Call the police and tell them that the guy was exposing himself (which is true) and that there are kids in the area who could have seen it. I would imagine they would view the incident as a bit more serious.

I would have the Wife point him out and inform him personally that the Company and Police have been notified of his indecent exposure.Maybe that will make him mad enough to swing at you and then you can kick his ass in self defense legally.Just have a good witness or two to back you up.The construction Company probably ain't going to do squat other than laugh when they hang up the phone after you post your complaint with them.Afterall they are too cheap to pay rent on a porta can and too cheap to hire non Illegals!! The Police may do something being it was a male that exposed himself where your Wife seen the incident occur!Personally I would try to piss him off enough to take a swing at me,but then that is just me. It is just the way I was raised,not to bother the Police with such petty matters! It is called self justice! Remember we used to hang folks here in Texas just for breaking wind!
