Hi Steve:
68 full size used it for sure and I have also taken them off 69's.There does not seem to be any difference according to the parts book for small block vs big block, PG vs TH400. They refer to it as a line spacer.On the 68's and 69 full size it mounts like you said on the right side in front of the starter but before the engine mount. Have no Chevelle auto's but seem to recall it being there also. Take care Joe |

Yes,
This is also correct for 69 Chevelle,Camaro BB and SB with automatic trans. Without looking at the book, it might also be correct for full size. Phil Woj. |
