He has been doing this for many years to the vet boys, just expanded to include the rest of the chevys when the vet business declined.It is only going to get worse in my mind as more and more repo parts become available.

here's the sellers response when I asked him if it were legal to change the tags;

THose are being offered by Bill Clement, of older Cherycraft fame from Lubbock, TX. He also does VIN tags, but at least ebay won't let those be listed!
I'll never figure out why he's not in jail by now. His history of doing stuff like that goes back 20 years! Anybody remember the "Attention bottom feeders" ads in Hemmings???? |
