Thanks Lynn...not sure how I'll fit that FI unit under the cowl plenum breather though
I've been looking at the 350HO 330hp complete set up but wondered if the distributor will fit without banging up the firewall (won't do that!). I'm also considering just building another 657 block with a nice hydraulic cam and lower pump gas friendly compression as an alternative...Consdidering all options at this point in time.

Mark, Why don't you just do a non numbers stock 350 with the Z bolt ons. That would not be to hard to do. You could run a cast crank 350 with flat pistons and a 2 bolt block. Put your Z intake, Holley and valve covers on the motor. probably be cheaper than the crate motor. Just a thought.

Thanks Sam...I am thinking along those lines also with maybe a '67 350 with and L79 cam and 10:1 pistons???
