I put them in my M-22...they were cost effective as I needed first and third gear=$$$ Ed Hartnett in Pa did the job...he speaks highly of them.

A friend of mine bought a beautiful 1969 M-22 from him about five years ago. It came packed in a wooden box that's as nice as the tranny. "jetboatbill" can tell you about the Italian gearsets.
